The problem

Job hunting is a pipeline problem disguised as a writing problem. Candidates spend their effort tailoring individual applications instead of running enough volume for the pipeline to work.

The approach

Built a reverse-recruiting SaaS that runs the hunt on the candidate's behalf. LLM agents handle sourcing, per-role tailoring, and application submission, with FastAPI and Postgres behind a Next.js product surface.

Results

• Automated sourcing, tailoring, and application pipelines.
• Shifts candidate effort from per-application writing to pipeline oversight.
