The problem

Supply chain exception handling is high-volume and repetitive. Track-and-trace queries and supplier follow-ups consume operations teams that should be working on the exceptions that actually need judgement.

The approach

Built agentic supply-chain assistants — Tracy for track-and-trace and Sam for supplier operations — as part of the FourKites agentic workforce. Python-based LLM agents with RAG over operational context handle the routine query and follow-up load directly.

Results

• Cut exception handling by roughly 85%.
• Reduced client IT costs by up to 75%.
• Track-and-trace and supplier operations handled by named, purpose-built agents.
